At DOUBL, we use sublimation printing, an eco-friendly dyeing process to conserve water and produce less waste. We recommend washing your new merlot bra before wearing it to prevent any dye transfer.

After you purchase you'll be sent a personalized scan link connected to your order.

The Process

After purchasing a bra you'll be sent a unique download link to our third-party Mobile Fit app. Whenever you have time, you'll open the app and follow the instructions for scanning. You'll need 2 minutes, a 4'x7' open space, and a chair. You'll need to pull any hair back and off your neck, wear your favourite minimally padded or unlined bra, and a tight tank top and leggings.

Delivery Information

Your bespoke pattern is created from the measurements you submitted through the DOUBL app.

We create each bra individually and exclusively for you. This takes time! Please expect 3-6 weeks for us to construct your perfect fit.

You will be notified when your bra is shipped and it should arrive within 3-9 business days of the shipping confirmation.

Wash instructions

To extend the life of your bra, we recommend washing it in cold water using a garment bag and then hanging it to dry. This will help keep your bra looking and feeling its best for as long as possible.

At DOUBL, we use sublimation printing, an eco-friendly process that conserves water and produces minimal waste. Unlike traditional dyeing methods, sublimation printing generates only recyclable paper waste and is safer for workers.


We recommend washing your new merlot bra before wearing it to prevent any dye transfer, especially onto light-coloured clothing.

So comfortable and a perfect fit

I had a lumpectomy 3 years ago with some resulting tissue loss in one breast. None of my bras fit well after that so I was intrigued when I first heard about the DOUBL bras with the scanning process. I placed an order for two bras and am glad that I did! They fit perfectly and are so comfortable! I recommend these bras for anyone who has had a lumpectomy!

How to Send Your Measurements

Step 1

After purchasing you'll be sent a link to download a free app.

Step 2

You will need to wear tight black clothing with your hair pulled back in a bun. You will also need something (like a chair) to prop your phone up on and a clear background about a meter across.

Step 3

Once you are set up follow the onscreen instructions to complete your scan. The whole process should take just over a minute.
