The Scan

No photos or videos are needed! Our measurement app uses photogrammetry technology (a fancy word for your silhouette) to understand your body shape and size. In the back end we get 250 measurements and can see a 3D avatar.
Nope! You stay fully clothed in a fitted black outfit like a long sleeve and leggings. The scan is done using your smartphone and takes just one minute.

If you are a lower support size (C cup and below), you do not need to wear a bra under your black clothing. However, the weight of your breasts may influence your scan, so if you feel more comfortable wearing an unpadded bra, feel free to do so. If you're unsure about what works best for you, please reach out to us at support@doubl.ca.

For C cup and above, or those with a higher volume, we recommend wearing an unpadded bra or a bralette, as this helps us achieve the best scan results.

If you have a mild asymmetry, such as a cup size difference, we can capture it in the scan without any issues. However, if you have significant asymmetry, we recommend not wearing a bra during the scan. If you're concerned or unsure about your asymmetry, please feel free to reach out to us at support@doubl.ca. We're happy to assist and make sure you get the best results.

Not at all! Upon purchase, you'll be sent a link and prompted to download our partner app, click the link, input your email or phone number. Then, it's as easy as following a quick video prompt and standing in two A-frame positions.
Yes, you can! Just email us at support@doubl.ca, and we'll send you a test link. Please note that if you decide to purchase afterward, you'll need to complete a rescan, as the test scan won't be saved in our system.

We use an algorithm to fit you exactly as you are, and reduce the problems that common in a number of shapes. If you don't have much volume, we'll make sure that your bra fits in a way to minimize issues like gaping while ensuring you get a lift.

We have a perfect fit guarantee and want to make sure you not only like your bra but love it and wear it every single day! If you have any problems with fit, we'll remake it for you or facilitate an easy return. Please reach out to us at support@doubl.ca.

Absolutely! We've partnered with an ethical and sustainable manufacturer in Sri Lanka, a country with substantial bra manufacturing knowledge and practices. Rest assured your bra is made by artisans who are paid well for their work, in a bright and airy facility.
