No photos or videos are needed! Our measurement app uses photogammetry technology (a fancy word for your silhouette) to understand your body shape and size. In the back end we get 250 measurements and can see a 3D avatar.

We offer two support levels for our T-Shirt Bra’s. The “Less Support” and the “More Support”. The largest difference is that the "More Support" has a power mesh reinforcing the cups as well as thicker, padded non-stretch straps. As the fit of the bra is 100% custom to your body, it is completely up to your preference. However, we typically would recommend this option if you fill out a traditional C cup or more.

We use a SmartPattern algorithm to fit you exactly as you are, and reduce the problems that common in a number of shapes. If you don't have much volume, we'll make sure that your bra fits in a way to minimize issues like gaping while ensuring you get a lift.

If you are a lower support size (C cup and below), you do not need to wear a bra under your black clothing. However, the weight of your breasts may influence your scan, so if you feel more comfortable wearing an unpadded bra, feel free to do so. If you're unsure about what works best for you, please reach out to us at support@doubl.ca.
For C cup and above, or those with a higher volume, we recommend wearing an unpadded bra or a bralette, as this helps us achieve the best scan results.

If you have a mild asymmetry, such as a cup size difference, we can capture it in the scan without any issues. However, if you have significant asymmetry, we recommend not wearing a bra during the scan. If you’re concerned or unsure about your asymmetry, please feel free to reach out to us at support@doubl.ca. We’re happy to assist and make sure you get the best results.

Yes, you can! Just email us at support@doubl.ca, and we’ll send you a test link. Please note that if you decide to purchase afterward, you’ll need to complete a rescan, as the test scan won’t be saved in our system.

The "more support" straps are padded and non-stretch to support heavier breast weight. If you purchase a less support bra and would like to swap for the more support straps, just email us at support@doubl.ca, and we’ll happily accommodate your request. We don’t recommend switching to less support straps for the more support bra, but if you prefer smaller straps, we’d be glad to discuss the best option with you based on your measurements and breast weight.
