How does this "scan" work? Do I have to send in photos or videos?
No photos or videos are needed! Our measurement app uses photogammetry technology (a fancy word for your silhouette) to understand your body shape and size. In the back end we get 250 measurements and can see a 3D avatar.
Do I have to get naked for the scan?
No, you do not need any special preparations as the scan is non-invasive. The only requirement is that you wear black, form-fitting clothes. There's no need for a fit quiz, measuring tape, or any intrusive measurements. The scan is performed while you stand in an a-frame position looking forward and then in a side-facing position. Our technology guides you through the entire process, which takes only about 30 seconds.
Is this bra good for menopause?
Yes! DOUBL bras are designed with midlife bodies in mind, making them a perfect fit for women going through menopause. As your body changes, so do your bra needs—whether it's increased breast sensitivity, fluctuations in size, or a greater need for all-day comfort. How effective is the scan and what if the bra doesn't fit right?
Our AI scanning technology boasts a 99.9% accuracy rate. Additionally, we offer a "Perfect Fit" policy to ensure your bra fits you flawlessly. In the rare event that the fit is not perfect, we will remake it for free and ship it to you at no additional cost.
If you feel that the avatar created from your measurements in the app is not an accurate representation of your body, you can easily retake the scan. Please note that wearing form-fitting black clothing is essential for the most accurate measurements.
Do you use fair labour practices?
Absolutely! We've partnered with an ethical manufacturer in Sri Lanka that specializes in lingerie.
Can you accommodate asymmetries, such as one breast being larger than the other?
Yes, our scanning process helps to fit exact body specifications, including asymmetries. Once your scan has been generated, we size each breast independently to account for those asymmetries. If a customer informs us of any specific body characteristics that might affect sizing, we make every effort to ensure the bra accommodates those needs. Our pattern maker pays meticulous attention to detail, taking these considerations into account to provide the best fit possible.
I have scoliosis, would DOUBL bras work for me?
